The Bangladesh Justice Movement (BJM) is a newly formed political organization in Bangladesh, officially announced in mid-2025. It emerged during a period of heightened political unrest, intensified student-led movements, and growing public demand for justice-oriented leadership. The founders of the movement declared their intention to establish a welfare-oriented, justice-centric, and morally guided political platform that promises to restructure the country’s political culture.
The BJM was introduced as a response to public frustration over corruption, injustice, and long-standing political dominance by major parties. Its formation came at a time when Bangladesh was experiencing significant socio-political changes, including popular uprisings and shifts in public consciousness. The founding declaration emphasized a vision of creating an “insaf-based society” where justice, accountability, and equal rights would be upheld irrespective of class, religion, or political alignment.
